Amps are almost always more expensive than vials, and on the streets prices vary a LOT. At one gym I knew guys who were paying $300 for vials of stuff that would cost $50 at reasonable cost, which was ultimately about $3 in raw materials.
Pay it if you like it, if you dont then find someone else. Price threads are havens for people to start targetting you with sales pitches, so good luck.
