I noticed in your diary that you had included MetRx mrp's after your competitions.Would these be ok to use after training while still following the Bev. Int. diet you posted???
I seem to have come to a stand still w/ the weight loss and I'm trying to cycle hi-lo calorie days in an attempt to break this plateau.Calories range from 1900-2300 w/ the excess on hi days coming from proteins & fats.Hi cal days are every 3rd day so far.

Helpful suggestions from anyone will be greatly appreciated.

No! I used MetRx once, after my show as a cheat! Wouldn't use it for cutting!

Give some more details on the diet...how many grams p/f/c, are you having carb ups, if so how often/ when was the last, how you doing it, what are your carb sources? You sound like you need a tweak!

How long have you been cutting for?

I don't have carb up days as I generally get 35-45g/day depending on veggie choices.some days I'll 1/2c oats,4-6oz sweet potato,1/2c brown rice(not all on same day).
VEGGIES=green beans,salads,fresh field greens,mushrooms,cucumbers,cabbages
PROTEINS=proyein powder,lean beef,chicken breast,tuna pkd in sunflower oil,nat p/b,
FATS=sunflower oil, olive oil,hvy whip crm,nat p/b,real butter(rarely),real mayo,CLA caps,
As per suggestions in earlier post-I raised my potein to 285-300g,raised fats to 85-110g,and kept carbs @ same 35-45g.This is the end of my 6th wk on this plan.The 1st 3 wks resulted in a 20lb loss, w/ about 4" off my waist,but the last 3wks I've stayed the same,but at least I'm not gaining it back.At present I only do cardio twice/wk for 30-45min.Should I eat the same & just add more cardio?????

Okay....you need to carb up!!!!! You can not follow this plan and completely ignore carbs! 35-40g daily means a twice weekly carb-up! Essential! Do not count veggies in your carb counts! You need 70-90 grams of active (not veggies, not fibre) carbs daily if you choose no carb up!

Give me 5 minutes and I'll post a thread on carb ups and tweaks!
