Quest: which exercises for ass muscles?

What kind of main/basic exercises (exercises with barbells or dumbells, not machines) would you advise for developing a tight and good ass ?

Hamstring exercises?
Squats? or maybe deadlifts?

PS: i dont know if ass is a bad word in english. Sorry if so, but i dont know the correct word for it

atg squats? how do you do that? I dont know that one (i found info on the other exercises you gave but no on how to do atg squats). Thanks anyway

It is just a full squat

atg = ass to grass

It means squat all the way down. Also known as ATA (ass to ankles).

i wouldnt advise letting ur butt hit ur ankles on squats. this is extremely dangerous for the knee joint as it is only fused.dont bring your hamstrings anywhere past 90 degrees to the floor.

unless a person has issues with their knee, it is not a problem at all. Going all the way down is a full/proper ROM.
