Whey Protein is probably the most important, its not realy a sup though.
Glutamine is a good one as well.
Creatine is also another worth trying.
There are some good fat burners out there as well.

Creatine is probably the only supplement that I can honestly say works.

I really like MX7 by GEN. It worked good for me the first time I used it. Creatine seemed to work the first time I ever tried it but any more its a dud for me.

LOFL........... Anyway, I have been out of the gym for a year, eding in back surgery in dec. I lost a total of 25lbs. I have been back at it SLOW for 4 wks and using Creatine,whey protein,zma(pm)and dermagain(topical cream andro) and have gained 12lbs. I'm doing cardio only on my off days.

Whey protein and MRPs, aren't really supps its just food, so they don't count.
If ZMA makes you feel better then do it, otherwise don't,
I wave the flag at prohormones. They work, they rock.
