How many years did you workout with weights before you did a steroid cycle????

Working out once a month for a year does not count as anything more than one month of training.

Plus what were your natural lifts in the: Bench, Squat and Dead lift....and at what body weight?

I worked out for 6 straight years before my first cycle. Then I went fucking crazy with the gear.

I'm pretty impatient like most Americans

I worked out for a couple of years before I geared up.

I only ran 3 cycles and don't plan to run any ever again; however, I don't regret anything.

I have yet to use real steroids...

(I have used pro-hormones and over the counter supps)

The only anabolics i've used was winstrol and I only injected it 3 times, my source always was out of town with business so i just quit. I've been working out for about 3 years...these are my stats.

ht 6'1 wt 212
Bench= 325
squat=345
dl=??

I trained natually for about 20 years before using gear. IMO, 10 years training natural for a non-competitive bb'er should be the minimum..

Have never used steroids. The problem with forums like this though is that one starts to feel that using them might just be an interesting option.....

I'm not sure I want to find out what the interior of a French prison cell looks like though.......

I don't think steroids should be illegal.

I trained naturally for 14 years before trying gear. Did a few cycles, but been natural for over a year and a half, and plan on staying that way.

Sorry lam why wait 10 yrs? If you know how to train, eat, plan and execute a well devised cycle why not start steroids earlier?
Gaining muscle naturally is hard as fuck, I wanted a better body when i was young enough to enjoy the benefits of looking good.
I would say as long as you have got a couple of years training under your belt and you know what you are doing, why not.

I don't understand why people use steroids if they are a non-competitive bodybuilder? I mean, what is the reward to juice and look bigger than you want to be? Ya, i understand if you're competing but there is no need for it if you just simply train to maintain a healthy lifestyle.

The majority do it for purely cosmetic reasons. But for the 35+ crowd, it's reasonable to argue that Test replacment is indeed a step towards maintaining a "healthy lifestyle."

3 Days isn't an option.

I have trained for 9 years with over the counter products. Started at 137 pounds and went up to 161 pounds in this period. Hit a wall a few years back (not literally) and have been sitting between 155 pounds and 161 pounds varying over this time. Was getting dissatisfied with my workouts and gains due to training really hard and not getting anywhere. Took a course of M1T January this year for 2 1/2 months and now sit at 174 pounds. Killed my libido so probably won't use this again but have started a basic course of steroids recently (sustanon 250mg week) and am doing well with this (not weighed myself in two weeks) am using a weight gainer to bulk up giving me 4000 calories a day including meals.

9 years and you only gained 24lbs? Did you actually eat, evaluate your diet, and tweak it?

Posted by: mackiej

Yeah, thought I did pretty well considering my diet consisted of mainly fruit salad's and crisps.
