Ok, i added dealifts to my routine and incline benchpress. I do a full body so for my compound lifts i do 1 set of normal benchpress, incline benchpress, squat, deadlift, and close grip bench press. The rest of my exercises are things like barbell curls, skull crushers, calf work etc...

Now i was wondering since this seems like alot for compound movements in 1 workout i have a few questions about overtraining.

Anyways as long as i keep going up in numbers on my lifts it is a sign i am not overtraining right? I know this may be a newbie question but i would like to know if this is true so i don't have to make my workout less intense.

I'm not an expert. I think as long as you go up in lifts and feel good your fine. But if you feel like shit, are tired, not going up in weight, are stressed, don't wanna workout consistently,or don't have any stomach to eat food with you might be over trained. If you lose weight that is muscle this may also be a sign.also show your workout to help others decide if you may be over training. I always look at it as everyone is different what works for one may kill another or be to easy.
