This isnt a question or anything, just a tip for dramatically increasing ur strength before a big workout or something and it works. I knew this for a while and i wanna see if it works for u guys too. It has to do with breathing:
1) alright first u have to keep ur abs ROCK SOLID TENSE throught the whole thing(tense as hard as u can). 2) Plug up one of ur nostrils and breath and inhale through the other nostril 3) Then exhale through ur mouth in that tssss sound for a while U'll feel that all of the muscles in ur body are stronger. this is a really good tip before maxing out. |
