I have been having real strange feeling in elbows and forearms. If my arms are bent at a 90 degree angle for more than 3 or 4 minutes i have to relax them slowling and can not straightn them fast. It feels like the muscle in my forearms are cramped up. It basically feels liek when you get shin splints from running but its in my lower arms? i have no idea what it is but im guessing it some nerve problem which cat be really treated? also i always wake up with dead arms, like i need to move them to get feeling back into them.
