| I have been cutting for awhile(about 2 years). I have lost an incredible amount of weight and bodyfat. I am 6'2 205 lbs. I have a large frame. A few of my friends have made jokes about me being "skinny" I still have more bodyfat to rid myself of. Am I correct in saying that I should be eating at maintenance and hitting the weights hard and I will reach my goal. I was thinking at first that I needed to start bulking to gain some more lbm and then start cutting again. |
