hi guys,

i did one cycle with test E (500mg per week for 10 weeks) and deca(400Mg per week for 9 weeks) i gained 24 lbs and keeped 15lbs after my pct, at the end i was really bloated.

my current body weight is 214 lbs with 16% of bodyfat.
my goal is droping my bodyfat to be arround 10%
i'm planning my next cycle for cutting and need advise about 2 option.

option 1

week 1-10 : 400 mg per week of boldenone
week 1-6 : 100 mg of test propionate every other day
week 1-6 : 50 mg per day of proviron
week 7-12 : 50mg of winstrol every other day

optoin 2

week 1-10 : 400 mg per week of boldenone
week 1-8 : 100 mg of test propionate every other day
week 1-6 : 50 mg per day of proviron
week 7-12 : 50mg of winstrol every other day

should i bump boldenone to 500mg per week.

I wouldn't recommend running the eq longer than the prop. It should be vice versa. 400 or 500 mg won't be much different, IMO. I'd replace the winny with var at 40 mg/day, personally. What is your plan for pct?

i know the ep is a long ester and test prop a short one and when we stop propionate we should start the pct 3 daus after the last shot. but i thought i could run the propionate for 8 weeks and the eq will keep me on anabolic way until the pct.
i will use injectable winny because many guys told me i'll got harden muscle.

cycle

week 1-10 : 400 mg per week of boldenone
week 1-8 : 100 mg of test propionate every other day
week 1-6 : 50 mg per day of proviron
week 7-12 : 50mg of winstrol every other day

pct

week 10 : 1000iu of hcg on wednesday and 1000iu of hcg on sunday
week 11 : 1000iu of hcg on thursday
week 13-15 : two days after my last winny shot 200mg of clomid the first day
then 100mg of clomid during 10 days, then 50mg of clomid during 10 days.
week 13-14 : 40mg of nolvadex ED
week 15 : 20mg of nolvadex ED

if this cutting cycle weak, any help or cutting cycle example is ok for me.

I think you need to scrap that cycle and start over. Your diet is the key to burning fat, not the drugs. A few key suggestions:

-Don't use winny
-Stop the eq 3 weeks prior to pct
-Do smaller doses of hcg from week 2 until pct begins (ex: 300 iu twice weekly).
-If you use an oral, use anavar.

week 1-8 : 100 mg of test propionate every other day
week 1-8 : 50 mg per day of proviron

and start the pct 21 days after my last eq shot
