Bulking... How many grams of fat do i want?

I am currently bulking right now and i need to know how many grams of fat to intake a day. I searched and found that 1g per 9cals and that seems like alot to me because i am shootin for 3700 to 4000 calories and that would be 411g of fat a day at 3700 calories. What do you guys think? And what are some good snack and things to eat with good EFA's? I am going to be picking up some fish oil as well.

I would go between 30-35% of total cals from fat.

Monounsaturaed Oils
Olive, Canola, and Peanut

Polyunsaturated Oils
Safflower, Sunflower, Corn, Soybean, and Cottonseed

Omega-6
Leafy veggies, seeds, nuts, grains, veggie oils (Safflower, Sunflower, Corn, Soybean, and Cottonseed), and poultry fat

Omega-3
Oils (canola, flaxseed, soybean, walnut, wheat germ; liquid or soft margarine made from canola or soybean oil) Nuts and seeds (butternuts, flaxseeds, walnuts, soybeans)

EPA and DHA- Fatty coldwater fish (mackerel, salmon, bluefish, mullet, sablefish, menhaden, anchovy, herring, lake trout, sardines, tuna)

i think you're confused. 1g of fat has 9 cals. 411 g. of fat would be 3699 cals, or all of your daily cals. I'd say shoot for .5 g of fat per lb.

Damn you. You got here first lol. But in all seriousness that is what i think is a good amount respect . Try to get 1/3 sats 1/3 pols 1/3 monos if your saturates are to low so are your testosterone levels that said don't go overboard still get lean meats and mainly focus on the good fats.

Also fish oil is muy important and avocados are quite frankly a super food.

A good recommended split is 50% mono, 25% poly and 25% sat. You dont need more than that of sat fats.

I strongly disagree. I'd say 27% saturated fat.
