1/4 cup ground flax seed
1/8 c wheat germ
1/8 c dary rye flour
1/4 c AP flour
1/4 c soy flour
1 tsp baking powder
1/2 tsp baking soda
Mash sweet potato and mix in cinnamon, cloves and nutmeg, and sweetners. Then add rest of wet ingredients.
Combine dry ingredients and mix into wet ingredients. Bake at 350 till done, 'bout 15 minutes.
Makes 9 srvings, each:
103 cals
9.5 carbs
2.04 fibre
5 g protein
5.7 g fat
If anyone makes this tell if you like it....I think it's awesome but i've been told my tastebud's are out of whack cause I'm not used to flavour, lol...I am starting to think flax tastes good!
