What Do Yo Think About My Diet?

This is what i eat basically spread throughout the day:

2 slice of brown bread with 4 eggs
1/2 Kg of Beef
2 Chicken breast
15/20 shrimp or 2 piece of sole fish or 1 salmon steak (40g of protein from it)
160g of protein shake with skim milk, glutamine and Flax Seed Oil
1 multi vitamin
1 Cod Liver Oil cap ( was doing 2 but not sure if it was too much)
1/2 cup of brown rice and 1/2 cup of vegetables (i would eat more if i could)
1 protein bar during workout.

Am i missing anything? should i add something else? please let me know what you guys think....
BTW i am doing my first Test E cycle just started my 3rd, week...
any help appreaciated

If those cod liver capsuls are only one gram of fat, i'd take 5-6 a day. Is that 160 protein shake one shake, or multiple? There's no need to have more than 40-50 grams of protein at a time. You can't digest it all effectively. Tell us more about what your goals are, what your bodyfat % is, and how many calories that is. You look really low on carbs and quality fats.

The only problem with cod liver oil caps is that if you have too many they can lead to poisoning, I use flax oil caps myself.

caeser: the protein shake is not all in one shake but in multiple shakes throughout the day. I am trying to gain as much muscle as possible without much fat. most of my fat in my body is around the belly so thats why i try to avoid gaining fat. carbs are low thats what i was thinking too but i can't eat anymore i am getting sick and tired of eating, food is making me sick now...should i get a carb drink or two in between instead of eating carbs? is that of any use? or do i really really need to eat solid food? any sugggestions ono increasing carb?

caeser/ leg_press: i do take i tea sppon of flax seed oil with every protein shake plus the cod liver oil cap, more fat?

I think Jody and Emma will agree with me on this, you shoul aim to have some sort of fat (efa/nuts) with every meal.

no - that's not it!! Where are your fruits and veggies?? And, dump the brown bread (it's really white bread in disguise) for some real oatmeal (not the crappy instant stuff in tiny packets with flavorings/sugar in them) with those eggs.

Cha imho there is nothing wrong with brown bread, or granary, sproued grain and rye bread is too damn expensive.

heres wut u do.... picture urself as 3rd world country boy who is malnurished and hasnt eatin in 3 days and stop crying about eating!!! or.... better yet... try that urself and maybe it'll rly hit home how much u take it forgranted
