Ok, im currently takin Xyience Nox-GC3, around 2-3 scoops a day. before workouts on empty stomach. been doing this for around 3 weeks, idk if its to soon to tell but i dont think im getting a very good effect from it, not helpin me that much. Last suppement i took wat Muscle Milk and i got a good muscle increase with that. That was last year, and i decided to try Nox this year, everything says that it should be better and give more benifits, but so far i got better results with muscle milk lsat year. Any1 kno if im doin anything wrong, or is this a common thing?? should i whihc bad to muscle milk, try new products or change my Nox dosage?? (im like 5'9 225 poudns) Any advice is welcomed. thxn

1. NOX-CG3 has creatine in it.
2. Muscle Milk shouldnt be more than a preworkout or prebed snack/meal.
3. maybe u've had better results with muscle milk because of additional calories?

i mean that the muscle milk has calories in it, and maybe ur the type of person that needs to eat a LOT to see gains (very fast metabolism) and now that uve replaced muscle milk with nox cg3, u arent getting that set number of calories u used to

I personally would stack CEE and NO, but if I had to just pick one, then without a doubt it would be CEE. NO is almost useless without the addition of CEE to it.

Creatine is going to give you better results than NO products. But for better results from NO boosters try one of the new NO ethyl ester products just like creatine is better absorbed in the creatine ethyl ester form the same is true for NO boosters. For example try NE2 from Axis Labs.
