I came into my freshman year at 145lbs and now 2/3 the way done, I'm at 160--bad eating and drinking lol-- and I'm trying to get a diet/routine in to reach 170-175ish. I concentrated more on my diet lately, keeping calorie intake > than 3000, and protein 1g/lb But I'd like to get a pretty good diet/routine setup for myself and whoever else in the same situation as me.

I think the hardest part about college is watching everyone else each garbage. And beer of course.

currently im taking 3 shakes a day, giving me approx 150g of protein and i always go for chicken or something of the like when im at the dining commons i just recently got a fridge for the FIRST time since ive been at college (window-fridged for the winter), but the few things I have in there is cottage cheese... thats about the only meal i have in my room for nighttime consumption if you are trying to gain weight, just go crazy at the dining commons and have you shakes packed with peanut butter (1-2 servings each shake, except for PWO of course) you could even try tuna if you dare so. i havnt tried doing so, partially because of the smell. the people around me most likely would find a way into my room and destroy my stash hahaha |
