Since I finished my creatine period not too long ago, I was thinking of trying a Nitrogen based supplement (without creatine).
I know there are lot of research papers talking about the benefits of Nitrogen etc... but with so many products talking of 'a new delivery system and it's hard to filter out the commerical talk.
I've performed searches on previous threads but with new products being released at the moment, I was hoping for some new opinions. In particular, has anybody tried Nitro3 (http://www.nitro3.co.uk)?

I'd definitely check out Arginine + Ornithine man. If you don't know the pathway, Arginine gets coverted to Citrulline with the byproduct being NO2. The Ornithine is there because Arginine also gets converted into Ornithine, so the theory is if you add Ornithine, less Arg will get converted to Orn and more to Citrulline ie, more NO2. I've used it for the past 3 months and have gotten great pumps.

I used grape seed extract and 4 tsp of L-arginine spread through the day. It was a pretty decent pump. Be careful the taste of the arg feels like youre swallowing ocean water.

Thanks! When you talk of L-arginine etc... do yo mean in the form a prepackaged supplement like Nitro3/Pump-tech or purely on its own?

nope I mean the actual powder. Go to ebay and you'll find a store that sells arginine by the powder in bulk sizes.

and stay away from nitrocrap. theyre expensive and totally worthless.
