Hey this is my eatting and working out stuff for today April 5th. I am trying to bulk up.
*breakfest*
5 egg whites
2 full eggs
2 hole grain wheat toast with crunch peauntbutter.
crap load of water
2 fish oil caps. (total 2g)
total= 800 cal
*Snack*
Grilled chicken breast
2 hole weat grain toast
energy bar
Total= 456cal
*Lunch*
Proteen shake with milk
bannana
Total=1,000
Update more as my day goes on.
