PWO spike/shake on cardio/weight split days?

I want to start throwing in 30 min of cardio and decrease the amount of weight training i do to 30 min per workout.
But i still want my PWO insulin spike
. Which of the following is best?
weights, shake, cardio
or
cardio weights shake
or
weights cardio shake
Btw i know its best to keep weights and cardio on separate days, but if you had to choose which one would it be?

If total time is 1 hour....I'd pick weights, cardio, shake.

i always have a simple carb source post workout no matter what type cardio or weight training so you should do the weights, cardio, and then shake.
