I just got a new bottle of ON 100% Whey. I read it and it says only take one scoop and add 6-8fl oz. Now thats only 120 cals and 24mg proteen. I am on my bulking up stage i was wonderin sicne that doesn't seem likea lot if i should use 2 or 3 scoop and mix it with 2 1/2 cups of milk with a bananna? My old stuff i used to make my shakes called for 4 scoops and it was 600 cal with water and 900 with milk.

its a protein supplement, use it however you like to increase the protein content of your meals, personally i find 2 scoops and 100g of oats makes a nice MRP, no harm in adding some milk or fruit to it as well if you wish

Your old stuff was probably a weight gainer. If you use three scoops of protein powder that is 72g of protein in one hit. That is a lot more than you could ever need in one go.
