is there enough fat in my diet?

im just wondering if i have enough fat in my diet to build muscle, i only workout arms 2 times a week and legs 3. any comments appreciated..

5:30- glass of OJ
-cardio 25 mins
6:10- protein shake (2 scoops w/ milk)
7:00- 1 sv almonds or PB, 1 cup oatmeal w milk, cottage cheese
11:45- tuna sandwich on whole wheat (no mayo), apple
2:00- chicken salad or turkey sandwich (with avocado and mayo)
-workout and weights
5:00- shake or fruit smoothie w protein..usually rice or pasta with salmon
8:00- either oatmeal or cereal

Fats are GOOD for you. Add some to your 11:45 meal in the form of omega 3 mayo.


Cut out the carbs @ 8:00 PM. Your body doesn't handle carbs well at night, so this is where I would again add some fats. Use cottage cheese and natty peanut butter.


Also post some pics so I can scientifically determine what you need.

Your sources of fat look good, but I don't know if you have enough because you don't post the amount you eat.
