Needing some help...

I was supposed to stop by here ( via P-funks advice ) to ask about nutrition. Right now, I eat pretty poorly. I've been in football off season ( this being MyCats brother ) and I'm 270 right now but I want to maintain if not get stronger and lose some fat
Right now my diet looks like this
Breakfast: Usually sometime of cominbation of eggs,meat,cheese etc, but sometimes cereal and the occassional cinamon roll.
Lunch: School lunch, pretty healthy ( we have the healthiest school in our district ). Definently not perfect, but not junk food.
Afterschool: Usually try and have a sandwhich or something.
Dinner: Usually mother cooks, steak, chicken, pork, then green beans, potatoes, corn or something like that.
Night: Usually a bowel of serial, Hunny Oats or something like that.
I drink constantly, and I know it should be water, but most of the time it's soda ( usually diet but I'm not sure it matters? ), sports drinks, juices. I like drinks what can I say. But, please just offer anything you can!

Look at the Nutrition facts of the food you are eating. The ones that has lots of fat and calories, cut them out of your list

dont drink anything except water, eat at least 5 times a day. and make ur last meal a protein/fat no carbs.
