i've lost it.
just tried flax for first time on steamed brocolli.
i love this stuff. it's delicious. i've been dreading it all day.
come to think of it....brocolli is pretty good too.

i just pour it on a Tbsp and drink it back. then have some water to wash it down. its not too bad

Oil is going to be much cheaper in the end....especially when you're taking 4-5 tbsp a day.

Flax is one of the nicer tasting oils.
As is walnut oil.

I mix a tad of sesame oil, Udo's with my balsamic vinegar. Lil' splenda. Pour on top of my salad. Yum!
