I thought it was because I had somewhat of a bad grip on the curly pushdown bar, because I got a slight pain in my wrist around the 7th rep, so I stopped doing them, and ended my tri workout there after about 9 sets. I then did 20 mins of bike, and as I was walking to my car after, I noticed that both pinkies were just a bit tingly and the outer toes on my foot were slightly tingly as well. Seems to have really gone away now, but any thoughts on this?
Just as a reminder, im 19 years old, no history of anything circulatory related. |
Was pretty cool though.
