You could, but they are overpriced there. Price Club or online are you best bet

Fish oils are great for you (not only for your physique, but also for your general health)!! Read this post for some more info on them.

You want to take ~6-8g a day. But don't get it from GNC - over priced and not worth it. Just look for some basic fish oils at any supplement store (300mg marine oils with 180mg EPA and 120mg DHA).
