I have not done Power-cleans since high school, and I want to include them in my workouts soon.
My question is where to stick such an exercise. It will be used on back days, but at what time to perform the exercise is not clear. It is a compound movement, but should it come before or after deadlifts? Or would it even be best to use it as a finishing exercise.... maybe hit the back with deadlifts early, then come back to the powercleans afterwards as I work traps towards the end of the workout.

best as the first exercise in the workout because of the high amount of skill involved.
Best on lower body days since triple extension is the name of the game.

Agreed. Generally explosive/power movements should be done first, with a proper warmup of course.

I agree, hitting it first is probably the best idea. It always gives me a pretty good warm up to my legs before I hit the squats. Me & my partner hit these first on lifting days at our high school. It also gets the blood flowing a little bit - you exert a little bit more, breathe a little hard then you would say on dead lifts.
