what do you guys recommend for a good anti-oxidant(s)??? other than the usual multi's and vit C???

Either this: Genesis Super Anti-Oxidant Protective Complex

or this: Apex FIT Super Anti-Oxidant

Both are inexspensive..........

coQ10 is a great antioxidant

Barlene's Greens contains most know antioxdidants in a blend of superfoods in a powder form that you spoon on your food.

I think you should definitely take a look at Vigor, which is a potent anti-oxidant. http://www.nutraplanet.com/product_i...roducts_id=956

actually a couple of guys from my gym have told me about vigor. i will look more into this product and as for everyone else who replied, thanks for the help.
