what is the diff between the new one and old one? Only thing I see is that the new one says dont shake it, it says to stir with a utensil.

Not sure if they changed the formula, but I did notice a new packaging label design. But all of BSN's products have this new label as well.
The stir recommendation is most likely because NO-Xplode fizzes when you shake it, and it suds up a bit like soda.
