i am having some trouble getting rid of some body fat, mainly around my stomach region, and its more like baby fat. I work out, run alot, eat decently, but still it doesnt go away!!! I was wondering if it may be my diet or whats the deal. can anyone help??

if this helps im 5'11, 175 lbs, do mainly calenthestics 5x a week, and run about 20 miles a week

i want my abs to show, because i they are nice when i pull down the skin and flab

Nice way of going about getting help....have you ever thought not everyone is here 24/7. Sometimes you just have to wait for the right people to show up...But with this....you might just have to kiss that one good-bye.

im on the same page as u are, low bf, decent amoutn of LBM but the little bit of flab is there, I think that is because I used to be super fat, so what i say you do(this is what i am going to do after my break) is to let ur body slowly recomp to ur body as in go on a maintain phase, to keep ur bf lower but increase LBM slowly.

no shit! Don't you love it when people think we get paid to sit here and respond to questions 24/7.

Go back to BB.com or some other immature board.

.

start lifting weights. cardio is not going to do it alone.

post your diet so everyone can comment on it.

the problem is both your diet and your training routine (or lack there of).

Stress response. Cortisol excess. Post diet.

Time to chill down, rough start, but the man is still looking for help.

When people posted questions regarding your diet, they were serious man. Diet is key to fat loss. If you are in the Navy, your diet is most likely pre-arranged, and you don't have too much control over it. But, do what you can, as eating right will get you to your goals.
