I checked out that GetBig site's forums...

(on flyes)...

"more for the seperation/definition of the pecs rather than a strength builder"

and

"They seem to work inner mostly and some outer"

hahaha

edit: there seem to be a few people on that site who know what they are talking about. But, come on, comments like that would have been ripped to shreds in seconds if they were posted on IM forums.

for bodybuilding gossip it is a great board, other than that.
