Breakfast - 2 Eggs, Milk ( with whey ) Throw in some oats and EFA's Skip the milk and whey and increase your eggs. Also, have a small fruit here too. Have some safflower mayo with the tuna and a salad with 4 fish oil caps ![]() Afterschool workout - Protein shake, sometimes a fruit ( apple, banana, orange ) Not sure but you need something to spike your insulin,you need a simple carbohydrate here as far as i know,maybe someone else can help Whey, little bit of yogurt and oats and a banana is all you need. If you want to be really strict you can do what I do whey and oats only. Dinner - Chicken or Steak or Beef ( with a green, and usually potatoes ) What green's?Good though? You would be better off with sweet potatos or brown rice. Is that salad there too? Night - Cereal ( Special K or something like it ) or a fruit Protein?EFA's? Very bad meal. Casein protein or cottage cheese with 4 fish oil caps. Or Red meat. Hope it helps |
