quick question

howcome on some food labels it will say...(ex)

carbohydrates (23g)
fiber (3g)
sugars (6g)

last i checked 3+6 doesnt equal 23.

i know im missing something i just dont know what

The rest are complex carbs that they don't otherwise classify.

so the more carbs they dont "account for" the better?

depending on how many carbs you want bla bla

but if it has 0g sugars and like 20g total carbs then thats cool right??
