In cafeteria, i eat rice, eggs, meat, pizza, and hamburgers everyday. Everynight before i sleep i also drink this supplement called "Calcium with Vitamin D" by Naturemade to strenghten my bones. I also drink milk everyday. Actually, i eat hamburger sometimes not everyday. But, rest of the stuff i eat them everyday. 2-3plates(rice, meat,vegetables,fishes,poultry) 2-3 pizzas with ranch sauce. Drinks 2 cups of water or 3. My goal is to gain weights and want to get about 160 or so. |
