ive got an unbearable pain in my arm, right below my shoulder, right above my outside tricep. i normally pench press 3 sets to failure, with 205lbs. the pains hurts so bad i cant even put up a single 45lb on each side anything special i can do to speed the recovery up? |

i dont know exactly how much protein helps with the recovery of your muscles, but now i think about it it seems like the pain started shortly after i ran out of protein. been lifting about 2 weeks without it now. could be just a coincidence though |
