There is not too much information about these things, but they taste so good it makes me think they arent good for you. there is a good amount of sugar in them. I am trying to lose body fat, so I am basically asking are these ok to have for post workout? I am not sure how much sugar I should have everyday I only drink water, and i eat things like fish, eggs, turkey breast, and lots of veggies. so basically the only sugar I get is from the shakes.
also could anyone explain to me what the different between burner protein, gainer protein, and builder protein is. when i ask at the gym they just repeat what they are. I just kinda wanna know what exactly the difference is, wheter it is whey, or soy, or whatever.
