Just ending my second week of Deca, 300 a week and I'm really starting to break out pretty bad on my back and shoulders. I've been hitting the shower twice a day for the most part, and using Nutragena(sp) acne scrub. Any suggestions before I become a huge walking white head???

Oh and I'm about to add 500 Sust250 a week to the mix so....

five grams(5000mg) of pantothenic acid(vit-b5)/day. Start now and take well after your cycle is over too.

Well, B vitamins do not require a Rx, but they will not work any where near as well as Amoxicilin.

Is pantothenic acid avaliable at most nutrition stores???

Yes. Try to get it in the 500mg/tab form. More cost effective.

Thank you

Be careful though with jacking in that much Vitamin B5...it has been shown that overdoses of most B vitamins, especially B3 and B5 can cause nerve damage and major brain trauma.

Actually PonyBoy that is B-6, at 250 mgs and above it can cause a reversible form of nerve damage, and only in rare circumstances!

B-3 in the sustained release form can be hepa-toxic, but niacinamide and regular niacin can be taken in rather high doses (after increasing tolerance), some doctors actually prescibing 1-2 grams daily for cholesterol control! They should be suggesting niacin, not niaciamide however. (I am not suggesting this dosage, consult your physician)

Most people will not approach these dosages and the water soluble nature of B- vitamins, makes then rather safe!

DP

(I would disagree with taking 5 grams of B-5 however, most would be wasted)

We are talking for ance remedy here though. It's cheap enough that a little waste is not biggie. Disclaimer, this does not work the same for everyone.
