Yea i get that regular o hamburger meet from wal-mart ..It aint got no thing on the side thaqt tells how much calories and so on and so on ...I was wonderin How much is in there?

Ok craig hamburger 101.

1st you need to know trhe fat content. I buy mine at costco by the 60 lb case. It's 12% fat and cost $1.89 a lb.

Hamburger

10% fat

Protein 7.1 grams per oz
Fat 3 grams per oz

12% fat

Protein 6.95 pro
Fat 3.4

15% fat

Pro 6.8
Fat 3.8

Now do the math

I agree 100%, I buy all my meats from Whole foods....paying 5- 10% more for quality food is not a problem in the long run.

Yup, they are popping up everywhere. Great prices! There are 2 here in Mesa alone plus 2 in Chandler.

Costco has suprisingly good meat (depends on location though), but still, not as good and as delicious as what they have at Whole Foods. My family and I have been shoping @ both Whole Foods and Costco and we have come to the conclusion that Costco should just buy Whole Foods, form a huge supermarket chain, and make everyone's life much happier.

Henry's (aka Wild Oats in other locations) is great. I used to go there when I lived in San Diego. Excellent fresh produce. I would like to go to a Sprouts though.

I live in Jersey also not to far from a Wegman's. I here alot of good things about that store. I have been going to Whole Foods. Is Wegman's better?

100x better, I couldnt even tell you how good that store is. You have to see it for yourself. It's like home depot, you go there intending to buy 3 bags of mulch, and you come out with a lawn mower, sheet rock, and a brand new BBQ.

My parents buy beef like..how can i say this...wholesale.
As in they order like a whole beef or goat meat and they deliver it to my place from a farm and it lasts like a month or so.

My family does that as well, the only thing is that you have to keep it all frozen which sucks because defrosting it is a bitch.
