Take it like a normal protein shake. 2 scoops=32 grams of protein. Obviously you will need alot more than that if your trying to build muscle. IMO I wouldnt take it because of all the fat.

If you drink a shake on it's own, that's 348 calories, which is not a hell of a lot on it's own. The fats are largely MCTs which are not as likely to be stored as fat. Just don't drink the shake combined with other foods in the same meal if you're trying to cut, use it as a meal replacement on its own. There's nothing magical about Muscle milk I don't think, it's just a protein shake that tastes awesome. I wouldn't want all those calories right before bedtime though while cutting. |
