push or chest two times a week?

ok, my question is i do push day on sunday, is it reasonable to do a WHOLE another push day the same week, or just a chest day.
And is doing 3 exercise chest workout + HIIT reasonable?
And is doing HIIT one day after LEG day ok? or will it diminish gains.
This is my split RIGHT NOW:

Sunday: push
mon: legs/abs
tues: rest
wed: pull
thurs: abs/HIIT
fri/sat: rest

i want to do chest 2 times a week, is this good?

sunday: push
mon:legs/abs
tues: rest
wed: chest/hiit
thurs: pull/ maybe if i can fit, abs
fri/sat: rest

why do you wanna do just chest twice a week and not anything else?

Because my biceps are too sore to do 2 pull days a week, and legs i think they get enough slaughtering with one day and a HIIT day, IMO i think my chest needs 2 days a week.
is it bad though?> i hear alot of people saying chest 2 timesa week is a ok.

2 times a week is fine if you balance intensity and volume properly, but I think prioritizing your pressing muscles like that is going to lead to you have some seriously shitty posture and a grossly imbalanced and possibly unstable shoulder girdle.
