well one of my frineds at my gym is a big advocate of chest/bicep then back/tricep and i tried explaining push/pull to him. He agreed with most of what i had to say, but he told me to try something...he said just do one day with chest/bicep...so i said okay i had an amazing bicep workout!! I was able to curl another 10lb easily I guess when i do back, i burn my bicep out a good amount, so it weakens my ability to do curls etc so in my case, would another plan be better? Tomorrow im gonna try back/tricep just to see if i get the same results... |
