A lot of us regular Joe's ( probably 99.8 % of the people on the boards ) try to adopt methods that the pro's use to gain a slight edge. I have been lifting for three years and got set free last year from the bondage of trying to everything a pro BB does to try to get the edge. I realized I was not a pro BB and never will be so I needed to relax a little. When I stopped doing a lot of the things I was doing, I did not suffer and continued to gain mass and build muslle. Now If you are a pro and your pocket book depends on it, you better incoporate all the " edge" methods. If not, relax and enjoy life.
