Hey all, im currently trying to increase my calorie intake by eating more meals in a day aswell as breakfast, lunch, and tea (dinner for you americans ).

The problem is that i dont have access to a cooker/microwave or anything like that in work, so i was wondering if anybody could reccomend any easy cold meals that i can just take with me in the morning?

Thanks in advance!

Tuna, chicken, MRP bars, shakes.....

You can make a fresh chicken salad or tuna salad. I use to make grilled chicken mixed with some veggies and beans...assorted....mixed with a vinagrette and I would eat that several times a day when I was unable to make warm food.

You could make a protein shake or if you really need a protein bar. There are endless options you just need to get creative. You could also try and heck out the recepit forum we have.

And remember a steak, baked yam, and veggies are just as good cold as they are hot.

Also bananas, any type of nuts such as almonds, cashews, dry roasted peanuts (I know they're legumes but who cares), beef jerky.

Something I do all the time is grind up a half cup to one cup of oats in a coffee grinder and add protein powder to it and put it in a shaker cup. Just add water and shake when it's time. Can't get more convenient then that.

I use to do the same thing with the shake....easiest thing ever and if you dont eat it that day for some reason its good for the rest of the week b/c everything is dried!

Also jerkey is great just watch the sodium!

Good post bud!
