glad to be here. I got on here to see what i could learn to improve mass and strength.

You sound like youve got some experience under your belt, but i guarantee (sp?) that there'll be plenty here to help you reach your goals, and hopefully smash through them!

I am looking for advice on to gain about 15lbs pound body weight and a few pounds on my bench press. . . anyone that has any advice diet wise. . . and program wise please let me know

the most in competition i have done is 455lbs at 179 body weight

the most in the gym i havedone is 475lbs 181 bodyweight. . .
