school luch

im cutting- they started a deli thing in school and you can pick what kind of sandwich u want, the only they meat they usually have is turkey and ham, and the breads they have is dark colored sub and tortilla wrap, my questions is do tortilla wraps have good carbs? should i have ham or turkey?
and what would you estimate the protein/carbs/fat to be in a sandwich like this: a wrap with 2 slices turkey, lettuce, spicy mustard... and ill have a fat free cup of milk with it...

This meal sounds low in protien, high in carbs, low in fat, and high in sodium...
