What a healthy bodyfat percentage for me?

Right now I'm 5' 9". 220 lbs. I'm estimating that I'm currently at 30% bodyfat. as my fat hasn't changed since last year when it was measured.

I don't think there is one healthy bf percentage for everyone. I'd say anywhere between 10-15 is generally healthy.

u should not be more than 20-25 % for moderation but if u want an athletec body any thing under 15 is perfect

Yea I know I'm a fat ass man, thats why I'm here. LOL. I think I'll set my goal to get down to 15% so I'll have to drop 33 lbs. I don't know why I didn't do this sooner, I guess I just needed to get as low as I could go. Hopefully now I'll be able to go my highest. I know people that are about the same height as me give or take an inch and approximately the same amount of muscle mass. I will be really happy with myself when I get down to 187. 187 lbs here I come!.

u just want to make it slowly and have patience to get the best results and to keep most of ur lbm after finishing dieting........i have the same problem too i'm more than 20% but i'm 5'7 (about 172 cm) so body fat looks like shit with me ........read the stickies in the diet forum main page i'll guess it'll help...u could also get tom venuto's books it helped me a lot ......(ex:burn the fat feed the muscle)
