is honey bad when cutting...... i know it's high in sugars but some researches say it regulates sugars in blood and may help in weight loss ...........also it has a lots of health benefits...some other articles say that honey is bad when dieting cause it's high in sugar

I'd say it depends on how much honey you're taking in... 1 tsp is about 6g of carbs (all sugar), 20 calories. That is not much at all, if it fits into your diet (cutting or otherwise) then there's no reason not to.

But if you're trying to count calories and you've got a small "budget" to work with, this is probably not the best way to sweeten your tea or coffee. 20 cals here and 20 cals there adds up really quickly. Not a lot of bang for the buck here.

I guess also, whether it's bad for your cutting diet or not depends on the TYPE of diet you're doing. If you're doing a ketogenic diet, then obviously, this might be a bad idea.
