Cutting question (new post)

I am kinda new to this website so forgive me if doesnt fit right thread i am 6foot 1inches i am 14years old 217lb currently just got done bulking in now i have a few questions about cutting and how my diet plan in workout plan looks as of right now i only got bowflex(bro doesnt take me to gym anymore lol) until football starts or until i get a car to drive or at the moment trying to buy myself some weights in BB's however back to the subject i am now training for a toner in more leaner look oh chorse thats what cutting is dah but if u dont mind to give me some advice in cutting or some idea's u have in mind i would highly be thankful for it

Mon- meal 1 breakfest 2eggs, oat meal, apple(or banna)

meal 2 naturegrain bar(made up of nuts and fruit etc)(becuase in school dont have much choice until may 23)

meal 3 Protien shake or bar

meal 4 chicken breast(sometimes with Peanut butter on it x_x lol) with some vegetables glass of milk now in then

Meal 5 tuna and bite of vegetables(very small amount)

meal 6 1egg on non workout days(2 on workout days)

as far as my workouts in a gym or bowflex(cant w8 for football to start free gym lol) i cover

Mon- Chest, bi, tri, neck, run 15-30mins
Tue- Legs, calves, abs, back run 30mins
wed- run 30mins
thur-baseball
friday off or run 15-30mins
sat- off
sun-off or run

That pretty much covers what im doing as of right now until the gym in see what i can change around in all but if got any ideas like i said above^^ plz give me some advice ty much

Wow, that's so young to be cutting!

Anyway.........

Meal 1: Add 2 more whole eggs and a few whites
Meal 2: Fine for you. Consider adding a bit of protein here.
Meal 3: Add some healthy fats such as nuts or fish oils
Meal 4: Add some complex carbs
Meal 5: Add some complex carbs and some healthy fats
Meal 6: Same as what I said for Meal 1

Ya i get that from a lotta people but i love working out in love every thing bout fitness lol just blows my mind to learn more in more stuff everyday in great to get on here in get advice from people who have been doing it for years Thanks By the way hows my workout/running look?

the workout is horrible..
use this split and post the exercises and sets you do in the training section so people can help u out
Monday- Push(Chest, Front Delts, Triceps)
Tuesday- Cardio
Wedensday- Legs(Quads, Hams, Calves), Abs
Thursday- Cardio
Friday- Pull(Back, Lateral and Rear delts, Biceps)
Saturday and Sunday- Cardio

well right now like i said i am working out with bowflex but when i was in gym i cover the same with bowflex just not the same but heres what i did in the gym before i knew what i do now

This stuff is all random back in day but once i step foot back in it ill be doing this.....

Mon-flat bench, incline bench, Barbell Chest press(i think thts what u call it)
(need one more chest workout idk what tho)
bb curls, another set with the bar idk what u call it.(need 2more workouts for bi) squat stuff to tht sort really i need bout 3 day spilt of every part of my body i dont wana jam it all in there i wana get work out every part of my body 3 times with reps of 8-12 with 3-4 differnt workouts of that muscle group if this makes any since but sounds right while im typeing it x_x but ya if u know anything tht would fit good in something like that id be very happy to hear what u gotta say in like i said im new to this in as well to this website im 14years old 217lb 6foot just trying to start young and with as much knowlege as i can in ive been readin all type of stuff to see what is the best in i understand that everyone is built different in everyone body can work to different stuff but what is body building? trail in error, Dedication, Discipline,Desire,Drive,Determination to me in i love every aspect of it lol thx for all your help i would love to hear what ya all gotta say gotta learn from the best if wana be the best i always like to think lol thx again

Monday- Push
Chest Press- 4 sets
Incline Press- 3 sets
Overhead Press- 3 sets
Chest Flies- 3 sets
Cable Dips- 3 sets
Tricep Pushdowns- 3 sets

Wedensday- Legs
Squats- 4 sets
Hamstring Curls- 3 sets
Leg Extensions- 3 sets
Calf raises- 4 sets

Friday- Pull
Bent-over row- 4 sets
single arm rows- 3 sets
Lat Pulldowns- 3 sets
Reverse Flies- 3 sets
Upright rows- 3 sets
Bicep curls- 3 sets
if u cant do any of those exercises on the bowflex tell me and ill give u a substitute

That's too much cardio, especially if you are cutting. You will cut muscle with that program.
