Is this diet good?

7:45AM- half a turkey sandwich with 100% wheat bread and mustard
8:30AM- the other half
10:AM- another turkey sandwich, but with 2 slices of salami
11:45AM- peanut butter sandwixh on wheat bread, orange or banana, juice
1:20PM- another peanut butter sandwich, apple, and jello
3:30Pm- workout
5:00PM-30g of protein/ sandwich
6:30- turkey sandwich with wheat bread
11:30/12:00- 30g of protein

i also drink about 6 liters of water a day (always in the bathroom lol)

Too much bread... and where are the vegetables? I take it you like sandwiches??

NO - this diet is NOT good - it's pretty bad. Read the stickies and try again.
