A lil help or maybe alot of help needed

Hows this looking. I have been doing this routine for about a week. Im been doing a little research on foods, but came here to see if anyone has top foods i could eat for snacks in between meals, and or any other help.

Pre Breakfast-Protein Shake-On Whey with Milk

Breakfast- Special K protein cereal, V8 fruit juice or Eggs and two peices of toast

Snack-Pure protein bar, cup of oats

Lunch-Turkeyburger, colby jack cheese, and Rice or Veggis(carrots, peas,greenbeans)

Snack-Small to medium salad.
about two hours later Pre workout- No-xplode

Post-On Whey and oats with Pb sandwhich

Dinner -2 chicken breast with white rice Fruit smoothie

Water is included throughout the day

What are your goals, cutting/ bulking/ maintainence? how tall are you, how much do you weight. what are the macros?
