Hows this diet

17 years old
gym every other day
bike for about 45 minutes on on and off days...real bike not the machine


Breakfast-7AM
Scrambled egg (1)
can of tuna with cooking oil mixed in instead of water

Snack-11:30AM
Diet ice tea
Apple
Orange

Lunch-2:45
Stir fry veggies
drink raw egg
creatine

Gym-3:30
Finish Gym-5:00

Snack-5:15
Protein Shake
Apple

Dinner-9:00
Fresh Fruit

Really....well the tuna has 20, and 2 scoops of protein shake have 40 combined, but go ahead..what would be a better alternative..im 195lbs

Seems too hard...think il just eat less and lift more as the steretypical kid...then when i pass out, my parents instaed of letting me eat more, will make me stop lifting lol

Listen to Jodi and the rest of the gang, they know what they are talking about; spend a little time reading the stickies.

Once you get your diet worked out the rest is easy. Well maybe not easy buy easier.::
