Does anyone ever gain weight like me every winter and take it off every summer? I gain too much though, sometimes 30lbs. Any suggestions on maintenance without counting cals? Weigh every day or week?

i dont count calories at all, i just "count" how much i eat. I just switched to turkey+rice+kimchi instead of a turkey sandwich, and obviously the rice/turkey mix has more calories, but as of right now i dont care because i dont seem to be gaining any weight (in fat). But if there were signs of fat gain i would lower the rice or turkey. also if i had a giant giant dinner (maybe a little bit junky) before bed i might not have the natural peanut butter i usually have and just have some cott cheese.
